How Employee Transportation Works Day-Of
Every program includes a written plan with pickup details, route stops, and communication protocols.
Pickup Locations & Timing
Your proposal confirms every pickup point — parking lots, transit stations, or employee gathering spots — with timed departure schedules for each stop. Employees know exactly where and when to be.
Route & Drop-Off
Routes are mapped to your facility entrance or designated drop-off point. For multi-stop programs, each stop is sequenced and timed in the written plan so drivers and employees follow the same schedule.
Scheduling & Lead Time
Schedule changes should be communicated as early as possible. Route modifications and timing updates are confirmed in writing before taking effect. Book new programs with at least 1–2 weeks of lead time.
Vehicle & Service Disclosures
Standard capacity is up to 11 passengers plus the driver. Luggage and equipment may reduce practical capacity. Larger teams are planned with coordinated vehicles, staggered departures, or multiple runs.
Luggage and personal belongings may reduce the practical passenger capacity of the vehicle.
Multiple vehicles can be coordinated for larger teams under a single transportation plan.
Our vehicles are not ADA-accessible. Please contact us if your program requires accessible transportation options.
Passengers may bring and consume alcohol on Missouri-side routes with a signed waiver. Kansas routes are subject to local law and ordinances. Alcohol is not permitted on standard commuter or shift routes.
Service available within approximately 50 miles of Kansas City, MO across both Missouri and Kansas. Repositioning or distance charges may apply for trips originating significantly outside the KC metro area.
Service availability, pricing, and terms are confirmed in the written proposal. Programs do not include guaranteed availability or dedicated vehicles unless explicitly specified in the agreement.
