    No. Business transportation programs do not include guaranteed vehicle availability unless explicitly stated in your service agreement. Availability is subject to scheduling, vehicle availability, and the terms confirmed in your proposal. We recommend planning programs as early as possible.

    Pricing is confirmed in your written proposal and is not subject to surge pricing. However, pricing may be adjusted for changes to route, schedule, group size, or service scope. Any changes are communicated before they take effect.

    Dedicated vehicles are not standard unless explicitly specified and agreed upon in your service arrangement. For most programs, vehicles are assigned based on your confirmed schedule.
