Passenger Capacity
- Up to 11 passengers plus the driver in a single vehicle
- Groups larger than 11 are handled with multiple coordinated vehicles
- Airport and luggage-heavy trips may require fewer passengers to accommodate bags
- Always mention any large equipment or extra bags at booking so we can plan accordingly
Luggage Guidelines
- Each passenger can comfortably bring one carry-on and one checked-bag-size item
- Rear cargo area plus floor space under rear seats handles most groups
- Oversized equipment (golf bags, camera gear, AV equipment) — note at booking
- A second vehicle can be added for luggage-heavy or large-equipment trips
Capacity Notice: Each ParkIt Transportation vehicle accommodates up to 11 passengers in addition to the driver. Airport and luggage-heavy trips may require reduced passenger capacity, staggered runs, or an additional coordinated vehicle.
ADA Accessibility Notice
Our current vehicles are not ADA-compliant and cannot accommodate passengers who must remain seated in a wheelchair during transportation.
Our vans do feature low-step entry and interior grab handles to assist ambulatory passengers with boarding. Drivers are trained to assist with boarding at a comfortable pace. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us before booking so we can discuss your options.
