We don't publish fixed rate tables because every trip is different. Here's the structure we use and example scenarios so you know what to expect.
Which structure applies depends on your service type, route, and frequency.
You book the vehicle for a set number of hours. Best for weddings, parties, and events where the shuttle stays on-site between runs.
Hourly charter service starts at $195 per hour with a 4-hour minimum. Billed in 1-hour increments.
A flat rate for a defined route — one pickup, one dropoff, or a shuttle loop with set stops. Common for airport transfers and corporate pickups.
Defined point-to-point transfers may qualify for customized flat-rate or package pricing. Price based on total distance and stops.
Weekly or monthly transportation on a fixed route. Typically used by senior communities and corporate accounts. Invoiced monthly.
Discounted from one-off rates for weekly contracts.
New Year's Eve, Chiefs playoff games, and major KC event dates carry a separate rate due to increased demand and extended hours.
Peak pricing applies to listed holiday dates only.
Trips beyond the standard Kansas City service area may include mileage, travel, repositioning, or other logistics adjustments. We'll note applicable charges clearly in your written quote.
Any distance or travel adjustment is confirmed in the written quote.
We don't publish exact prices because routes and timing vary. These scenarios illustrate how different trip types are structured and what factors drive cost — use them as a general reference, not a rate card.
Pricing based on MCI to downtown KC distance. No waiting charge for standard delays.
Total: ~4-6 hours depending on late-night loop. Multiple loads handled per stop.
Wait time during dinner is billed hourly. Most corporate dinners run 3-4 total hours.
Weekly recurring bookings receive a rate discount vs. one-off trips.
Each vehicle billed separately but coordinated under a single booking. Multi-vehicle discount applies.
The following dates carry separate pricing from our standard rates due to high demand, extended hours, and limited vehicle availability. Peak pricing will be clearly labeled in your written quote — it is never applied without disclosure.
Standard rates apply to all other dates including regular-season Chiefs games and non-peak weekends.
No hidden fees. Everything in the quote is the final price.
When comparing transportation proposals, confirm that the vehicle, route, service window, stops, and included items match. We explain the pricing structure and route assumptions in your written quote.
